Near the house:
- Centro Cultural São Paulo (theaters, shows, library, café, wifi, louge)

At Avenida Paulista
- Itaú Cultural
- Sesi Galeria (Fiesp)

- Very traditional restaurant "Ponto Chic" around the corner of Casa Tamarindo near Shopping Paulista

In a walking distance:
- Bairro Liberdade (China Town and Japanese) Liberdade Metro Station, near Centro Cultural
- Bairro Bixiga, antique fair on Sunday (popular italian neighborhood, near Casa Tamarindo)

At Vila Madalena (artistic and bohemian neighbourhood)

- Beco do Batman, grafiti street (at Vila Madalena)
- Nightlife at Vila Madalena, Empanadas Bar (Rua Wizard 489)
Coffee Lab (near Empanadas)

Best Antique fair:
- on Saturday, Praça Benedito Calixto, antique fair, and Chorinho music (saturdays) Near Sumaré Metro Station

At Parque Ibirapuera:
- MAM (Museu de Arte Moderna)
- Museu Afro Brasil
- Bienal e Arte
- MAC (Museu de Arte Contemporânea)

Dowtown, old town:
- Pinacoteca (the most important museum to visit, near Metro Luz station)
- Mercado Municipal  (walk from São Bento Metro station, go thru Ladeira Porto Geral, check the popular stores, reach 25 de Março with more crazy active busineses and reach the big of market Mercado Central)
